Biography
Vicky is the HR Operations Coordinator within the healthy organisation team based in Sydney. Responsible for supporting, coordinating and executing recruitment as well as overall office management of all TNC Australia offices.
Vicky previously worked for Google, where she was the Leadership Recruitment Coordinator, supporting the Asia-Pacific Recruitment teams with the beginning-to-end hiring process, previous to that she worked in various Buying and Category Management roles in both Australia and the UK.
In June 2020 Vicky pursued a dream to become a dog groomer. Once trained, she opened her own dog grooming business called Dog Lords, which was a wonderful success. Vicky has now left the dogs behind, and returned to working with humans, leaving with extra skills, confidence and knowledge running a sucessful small business taught her. Vicky is delighted to be working for a value-driven organisation like TNC, contributing to our mission of conserving the land and waters on which all life depends.
