Biography
Alison Rowe is the Managing Director for The Nature Conservancy Australia, where she leads conservation initiatives that protect biodiversity, address climate change and support human well-being. With a career spanning nearly two decades in environmental sustainability, Alison has developed deep global experience in leadership, stakeholder management, climate change, renewable energy, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy.
Alison completed the Sustainable Finance and the Business and Environment program through Cambridge University, holds both an MBA from Mt Eliza Business School, Melbourne and a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from Michael Smurfitt Business School in Dublin, Ireland. Alison is a Williamson Fellow, an immersive year-long leadership program focused on leading with purpose, and is a Non-Executive Director of Edge Impact, following her tenure as Chair of the Infrastructure Sustainability Council Australia from 2018–2021.
